Terms for using the online booking service.
These terms apply when you use the website, route tools or submit a taxi booking request.
Booking requests
Submitting the form creates a booking request with the default status Pending. A journey is not confirmed until Limassol Taxi Company sends an Accepted booking email.
Route and fare estimates
Google Maps Platform is used to suggest addresses and calculate an estimated driving route, distance and duration. Any price shown before acceptance is an estimate. Availability, assigned vehicle details and the final journey arrangement are confirmed by the operator.
Passenger information
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage, contact and flight information. Contact Limassol Taxi Company promptly if any submitted information changes.
Google Maps
Google Maps content and links are provided to help identify locations and routes. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Payments
The website does not collect card information. A selected payment preference does not charge you. Any online payment request is sent separately after the booking is reviewed.
