How booking information is handled.
This policy explains the information collected through the online booking form and how it is used.
Information submitted
The booking form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle choice, pickup and destination, date, time, passenger and luggage details, payment preference and additional notes.
Why it is used
Information is used only to review the taxi request, confirm availability, communicate about the journey, arrange the selected service and maintain necessary operational records.
Email delivery
Booking requests are sent to limassol@taxi.com.cy. Your required email address is used to send a customer copy and booking-status updates.
Google Maps services
The booking form uses Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses, identify selected pickup and destination coordinates, calculate route distance and duration, display route maps and create links that open directions in Google Maps. Use of these features is also subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Payment information
The website does not collect card details. Selecting online payment records your preference; a separate secure payment link may be sent after the booking is confirmed.
Visitor analytics and security
The website may record the visitor IP address, device category, browser information, timezone, referral source and pages visited. This information is used for service analytics, fraud prevention, website security and access control. Administrators can block or whitelist IP addresses. Visitor records are retained according to the period configured in the protected control centre.
